Well, it’s little Christmas time at Grammie’s house and the best part of the day is going on a treasure hunt in her closet.
There were gidgets and gadgets galore! Wardrobe from many fashion seasons that could possibly fill your closet today but most importantly, the laughs and memories warming the hearts of the family was the sweetest thing to see.

Self care is so important and fitness is just one part of that. I usually mediate once or twice a day to shut out the noise and quiet the “need to do list” that continually runs around in my mind.

Over the last year, I watch so many of you share your life moments on Facebook. One of my friends began her 2018 year with a goal of sharing a picture each day. These pictures were creative but it also showed such heart warming family moments that truly made me smile. With that said, I have challenged myself to post one picture a day for this year.
